Important Notice Regarding Additional Product Charges

To maintain the highest quality standards using Aveda's premium products, please be aware that additional product charges may apply during color services when more color is required than Aveda's standard formulation. This may be due to—but is not limited to—the following:

  • Multi-dimensional or corrective color
  • Color changes or adjustments
  • Thicker or longer hair than average
  • More regrowth due to extended time between services

If extra color product is needed, your stylist will inform you prior to starting your service. Any additional cost is based on the number of extra grams of color used and may vary depending on your specific hair needs.

We use the Vish Color Management System to accurately measure and track color usage, ensuring fair and consistent pricing with every service.


Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please note that any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
