Although social distancing is here, we want to express our Love and Gratitude to all of you for coming back and we are looking forward to Rituals filled with laughter once again.
We are happy to announce we will be opening our regular hours starting, Friday, May 1, 2020. We will be following all protocols per the CDC guidelines, which includes all employees and guests wear masks. We request our guests to wear their own mask that secures behind the ears. We will be taking guest and staff temperatures upon arrival along with a brief questionnaire. Please wash your hands immediately when entering. Appointment times may run late, please grant us grace as proper cleaning between guests may extend wait times.
Appointments are required. In order to practice social distancing, please wait in your car upon arrival. Your stylist will call you when the previous guest has exited the building. Rituals no longer will have a waiting area and we require you to come alone. With the current daycare situation you may be unable to obtain child care. There will not be a last minute cancellation fee. If the appointment is for your child, please make arrangements with your stylist when scheduling. We understand some guests may need assistance into the building. Once you are greeted in the building by your Stylist, please have the individual assisting you wait in the car. We will contact them when your service is finished.
All retail sales for non-service guests will still be done curbside to enable social distancing guidelines. Please contact Rituals Salon to purchase products and arrange a time frame for pick up. Payments will be collected over the phone.

Rituals employees have always had high standards regarding cleanliness. The styling and shampoo stations will be sanitized with medical-grade supplies. Doorknobs and frequently touched items in Rituals Salon will be disinfected multiple times a day. We installed a touch less faucet in the restroom, plexiglas dividers between shampoo sinks and at our front desk. Due to COVID-19 we are adding extensive hand washing between guests and during services.
We need to make some changes to the services Rituals offers. We hope you understand these are some of your favorite ways we can make your experience special and apologize in advance for having to temporally not offer them at Rituals. The services include, but are not limited to, blow drying, makeup applications, product testers, hand treatment, facial waxing (except eyebrows), scalp and neck massage, beverage service and magazines. We also ask that you wear a MASK and only bring into the Salon your beverage, cell phone and payment method . No purses, bags or jackets please.
Lastly, we ask if you are sick with a fever, coughing, experiencing shortness of breath or any flu-like symptoms to please stay home and let us know. You will not be charged for late cancelations.
